How many hours must i have between shifts?
An employee is entitled to a 10 to 12 hour break between each consecutive shift
What breaks am i entitled to?
Employees are entitled to a meal interval of not less than 30 minutes and not more than 60 minutes after working continuously for more than 5 hours
I have been called into a disciplinary meeting at work. what should id do?
You are entitled to have a support person with you. Always make sure you have your workplace delegate or Industrial Representative with you.
